About the job: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented operations executive to join our dynamic team at Friendzo. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our coliving properties, including tenant management, vendor coordination, facility maintenance, and process improvement. Key responsibilities: 1. Oversee daily operations across multiple coliving properties. 2. Ensure all amenities (WiFi, housekeeping, security, etc.) are functioning smoothly. 3. Coordinate with vendors for the timely delivery of services and maintenance. 4. Handle tenant check-ins, check-outs, and resolve their complaints effectively. 5. Maintain accurate documentation for rent collections, deposits, and inventories. 6. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and hygiene. 7. Assist in onboarding new properties and setting up operations. 8. Support monthly reporting and audit-related tasks. 9. Work closely with the sales, finance, and marketing teams for cross-functional efficiency.
