Key responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. 2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. 3. Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. 4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. 5. Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings. 6. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges. 7. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents. 8. Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations. 9. Provide basic information about the company and direct inquiries accordingly. 10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, escalating as needed. 11. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
