Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate with a consultative approach to sales and strong product understanding. The ideal candidate will guide customers through the product selection process, ensuring they find the right door solution for their home or project.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with walk-in, online, and B2B customers to understand their needs.

Explain product specifications, materials, finishes, and customization options.

Recommend suitable steel door models based on design, budget, and site requirements.

Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales efficiently.

Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Stay updated on product knowledge, new designs, and market trends.

Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.

Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead conversion targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 1–3 years in sales (building materials, interior products, or home improvement preferred).

Education: Degree

Skills Required:

Strong communication and presentation skills (Malayalam,English,Tamil. Knowing Hindi is a plus).

Good understanding of technical/product details.

Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.

Consultative selling mindset and customer-first attitude.

Good understanding of PDLC and basic measurements.

Driving license preferred.
