The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, solid communication skills, and prior sales experience in CCTV or related security products. You will be responsible for promoting Clepta’s CCTV solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with customers. Location:Remote WFH Employment Type: Full-time  Experience: 1 year minimum Key Responsibilities  Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for CCTV products and services.  Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, installers, corporate clients, and end-users.  Demonstrate product knowledge and clearly articulate Clepta’s value proposition, features, and benefits.  Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.  Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.  Collaborate with the service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and after sales support. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.  Provide market feedback, competitive intelligence, and insights to help refine sales strategies.  Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates. Candidate Requirements- Immediate joiner preferred. Minimum 1 year of sales experience; prior experience in CCTV or security product sales is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused with good interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Sound knowledge of CCTV cameras, access control, surveillance systems, IP/HD cameras, recording solutions, and related technologies. Ability to travel as required to meet clients and partners. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM and basic MS Office tools. Compensation and Incentives Monthly salary: 12,000 – 15,000 INR (depending on experience and qualifications). Incentive structure: Up to 2 lakh INR revenue: No incentives.
