Role: Sales Associate

We are looking for driven and enthusiastic sales professionals who can connect with learners, build relationships, and help them choose the right courses to advance their careers.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with leads generated via different channels (inbound + outbound)
• Explain course offerings and guide learners through the enrolment process
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
• Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups on CRM/sheets
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth student experience

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of sales/inside sales experience (Ed-Tech sales experience preferred)
• Excellent communication & persuasion skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to build rapport with learners and handle objections
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory
