Sales Associate - Gurugram

Aggarwal Properties is looking to hire diligent individuals for the role of Sales Associate - Gurugram.

Here are the responsibilities:

• Develop new ideas and strategies for lead generation.
• Achieve new sales and help in moving existing inventory.
• Meet with clients and resolve their queries by providing accurate information.
• Assisting clients by regularly updating them on their dealings, documentation and transactions.
• Accompanying clients and senior managers to site visits.
• Establish new connections for the firm by visiting brokerages and developers and identifying opportunities to cross-sell.
• Assisting in lead generation, conversion and general documentation.

Following are the qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and software suites. (MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Minimum 2+ years of full time experience working with brokerages and/or with Sales/CRM teams of reputed developers.
• Accurate knowledge of the Delhi-NCR region with specialised information of the Gurugram real estate circuit and granular intel on hotspots like SPR, Dwarka Expressway etc.
• Great communication skills, both in English and Hindi.
