Role Overview: AdOnMo is a pioneering ambient media platform connecting brands with millions of gated-community and corporate-park audiences. As a Sales Manager at AdOnMo, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and unlocking new growth opportunities across both SMB and enterprise accounts. Your responsibilities will involve driving revenue through outbound sales, achieving sales growth targets, managing and growing business from SMB and enterprise clients, identifying and penetrating new market segments, maintaining internal reporting tools, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue through outbound sales and cold calling initiatives - Plan and achieve sales growth targets in alignment with company objectives - Manage and grow business from SMB and enterprise clients - Ensure consistent month-on-month growth across assigned sales categories - Identify and penetrate new market segments to fuel business expansion - Maintain and update internal reporting tools and sales dashboards regularly - Spot and recommend high-potential talent to build the sales team in the future - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in media, B2B, or startup environments - Strong ownership and a self-starter mindset - Clear and confident communication skills, both in speech and writing - Problem-solving skills, ability to close deals, and chase ambitious sales targets - Comfortable balancing daily reporting in retail sales and strategic closure in corporate sales Additional Details: AdOnMo is a fast-growing startup backed by seasoned investors, offering high-growth targets, fast-paced sales cycles, exposure across both retail and enterprise sales functions, and a collaborative, ambitious team-driven work environment.
