The Sales Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to our sales and quality assurance efforts:

• Lead Generation & Partnerships:

  Work closely with

  Channel Partners

  to identify and generate high-quality leads specifically within the

  Real Estate Market

  .

• Direct Outreach:

  Execute targeted

  cold calling

  campaigns to generate and qualify new business leads.

• Performance Monitoring & Quality:

  Determine and maintain telemarketing quality standards by routinely studying inbound and outbound call performance and conducting regular test calls with telemarketing service representatives.

• Market Intelligence:

  Stay current and thoroughly informed on the latest

  industry developments

  related to real estate and interior design sectors.

• Target Achievement:

  Strategically set, monitor, and meet rigorous performance targets across speed, efficiency, quality, delivery, and overall sales metrics.

• Work Schedule:

  Must be flexible and willing to work

  six days a week

  to meet business demands and client needs.
