Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Parvathipuram. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their jewellery inquiries, providing product information, conducting sales transactions, maintaining the store's appearance, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Associate will ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Sales techniques and ability to meet sales targets
• Product knowledge in jewellery and gemstones
• Communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain store appearance
• Ability to work on-site in Parvathipuram
• Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is advantageous
