Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Kozhikode. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing detailed information about our travel packages, and assisting with bookings. The Sales Associate will also help with visa procedures and ticketing solutions, ensuring every client has a smooth and satisfactory travel experience. Additionally, the role involves maintaining customer relationships, identifying potential sales opportunities, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Customer Service
• Knowledge of travel-related services including holiday packages, visa procedures, and ticketing solutions
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Proficiency in using booking and CRM software
• Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a travel agency or tourism industry is a plus
