Sales Assistant

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai

Working Hours: 9 Hours Shift (Monday to Saturday)

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Sales Assistant to support day to day sales operations, handle client interactions, manage inquiries, and contribute to revenue growth The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.

• Assist customers with product information and pricing details.

• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

• Maintain professionalism and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 th Pass Graduation preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer facing roles.

• Experience in office-based sales processes will be an added advantage.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word).

• Customer service orientation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Time management and multitasking skills.
