Job Description: Hiring for Executive Assistant

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in high-level administrative, commercial, and operational responsibilities.
Key Requirements:
1- Excellent English communication and drafting skills
2- Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management3- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)4- Familiarity with AI tools & digital productivity platforms5- Experience in commercial documentation and vendor management (preferred)6- Ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and business documents7- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and discreet in handling confidential information
Key Responsibilities:
1- Support commercial dealings, documentation, and MIS preparation2- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies3- Draft professional corporate emails, letters, and reports4- Prepare presentations and analytical documents for management5- Maintain accurate administrative and commercial records to ensure smooth operation
