Sales Assistant

You are a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant who will be an integral part of our sales team, providing exceptional customer service and assisting in technical sales processes. Your passion for technology sales will drive you to contribute to account management efforts and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include addressing client inquiries, preparing sales presentations and proposals, analyzing market trends, supporting contract negotiations, and managing existing accounts. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, collaborating with outside sales representatives, and participating in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques. To excel in this role, you should have proven customer service experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, familiarity with account management principles, proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while being self-motivated. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving approach, and adaptability to changing priorities are essential. This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday to Friday schedule and weekend availability. As per our work location requirement, the role is in-person.
