Job Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Representative with prior experience in selling homestays, villas, or hospitality accommodations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of using channel managers, OTAs, and extranet platforms to manage bookings, maximize occupancy, and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate bookings and revenue by actively selling Opulence Holiday Homes’ properties across various platforms.
  • Manage listings on OTA extranets (Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.) and through channel manager systems.
  • Optimize property visibility, pricing, inventory, and promotions across all online platforms.
  • Handle guest inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions with strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Track competition, market trends, and demand patterns to recommend pricing strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with OTA account managers and corporate travel partners.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Prepare sales reports, occupancy analysis, and performance insights for management.
  • Meet monthly revenue targets and occupancy goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales for homestays, hotels, or vacation rental properties.
  • Strong understanding of OTA extranets, channel managers, and online booking systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to handle guests efficiently and provide quality service over phone/WhatsApp.
  • Strong analytical skills for pricing and occupancy optimization.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and online tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
