We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, showcasing our products and services to potential customers and closing deals that contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and target new business opportunities
  • Engage in cold calling and lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline of potential clients
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs and pain points
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively present our offerings and negotiate favorable terms
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales and marketing campaigns
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline progress

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of successful client acquisition and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients
  • Proficient in B2B sales, including cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently to achieve sales goals
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer objections and close deals
  • Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
