Job Description

As a Sales Relationship Manager, your primary role will be to build successful relationships that drive sales opportunities. You will collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure cohesive sales efforts and work towards strengthening relationships with both existing and potential customers. This will involve engaging in sales calls, participating in entertainment events, FAM trips, and trade shows. Developing connections within the community will also be crucial for expanding the customer base. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing accurate turnover to Event Management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Participating in sales calls with the team to secure new business and support operational aspects of the booked business - Leveraging market trends and customer insights to maximize revenue - Identifying new business opportunities to meet revenue goals - Understanding the market landscape, competitors" strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, and demand-supply dynamics - Closing optimal opportunities based on market conditions and location requirements - Tailoring business solutions to meet the expectations of the primary target customer This full-time, permanent position offers benefits such as food provision and health insurance.
