Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales

operations in the product industry. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting the

sales team with client communication, order processing, sales documentation, and customer

service. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent

communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing day-to-day sales operations and customer

interactions.

• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and coordinate communication between

internal departments and clients.

• Prepare and maintain sales documents such as quotations, invoices, purchase orders,

and delivery notes.

• Maintain and update customer records, databases, and sales reports.

• Coordinate with logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and order

fulfillment.

• Monitor stock levels and update the sales team about product availability.

• Assist in tracking sales targets and performance reports.

• Support the team in preparing presentations, product demos, and marketing materials.

• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or client meetings when required.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the

product Industry.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to solving issues.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience working with industrial or B2B products.

• Understanding of supply chain and order processing systems.

• Knowledge of product specifications and technical sales (depending on the product).
