Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant/Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in our team by preparing quotations, purchase orders (P.O.), proforma invoices (P.I.), and final invoices tailored to meet customer requirements. Your excellent English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (or equivalent alternatives) will ensure seamless documentation and efficient sales operations. Your key responsibilities will include generating quotations based on client needs, processing P.O.s and P.I.s accurately, managing final invoices, and maintaining well-organized sales documentation. You will communicate with clients regarding transactions, analyze feedback to enhance services, and collaborate with other departments to facilitate order processing. Keeping updated records of sales transactions and client interactions will be essential to your role. To excel in this position, you must have strong English proficiency for client communication, hands-on experience with MS Office tools, keen attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills. Your ability to multitask, solve problems efficiently, and maintain a customer-centric approach will be critical. Prior experience in sales support or administration will be advantageous.
