What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background:

• Minimum M.Sc. in Biology or in related field with minimum 1 years of experience in Technical Sales & Applications Support related fields.
• Freshers with strong academics and molecular / genomics background may be considered

Experience & Skills:

• 1 years in Molecular biology related products

  Sales & Applications Support.

• Solid understanding of workflows in

  PCR, DNA Sequencing, qPCR,

  and ancillary procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• A collaborative team player.
• Willingness to travel across Northern India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales activities to generate leads and close opportunities, exceeding revenue goals in your region.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to promote new products, cross-sell, and grow sales.
• Provide

  on-site/online application support

  through training, demonstrations, and product education.
• Identify and refine processes to enhance customer support and contribute to organizational growth.
