Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Trading Intern located in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with some work-from-home permitted. The Sales and Trading Intern will assist in day-to-day tasks such as supporting the sales team with customer interactions, handling customer service inquiries, involving in sales activities, training on sales management practices, and working alongside senior staff to learn the intricacies of sales operations.

Qualifications

• Effective Communication skills and Customer Service abilities
• Experience in Sales, including involvement in sales activities
• Training and Sales Management skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus
