As a Sales & Solutions Intern in the Beauty Category at Metadome.ai, you will be an integral part of the Virtual Try-On (VTO) team, where you will play a key role in sales enablement, client-facing demos, research-backed solutioning, and post-sale delivery support. If you are passionate about beauty tech, enjoy fast sales cycles, and are driven by solving real client problems through immersive technology, then this opportunity is perfect for you. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Go-To-Market (GTM) team with client outreach, follow-ups, and pitch preparation. You will also be involved in setting up and participating in client demo calls, preparing pre-read materials, and tracking next steps. Customizing decks, battle cards, and pitch content for prospective beauty, fashion, and direct-to-consumer brands will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to identify lead segments and support lead generation operations. Understanding client pain points and aligning them with the appropriate VTO product and technology modules will be crucial. You will assist in mapping brand requirements to the product roadmap and liaise with internal teams for coordination. Creating personalized demo visuals such as GIFs, videos, and walkthroughs using internal tools and templates will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of client delivery support, you will oversee day-to-day progress across Shopify-related threads, integrations, and asset flows. Coordinating with the internal delivery team to ensure a smooth handoff after demos, including knowledge transfer and standard operating procedure sharing, will be essential. Your role will also involve conducting secondary and primary research on makeup consumers in India and abroad. This will include surveys, interviews, and trend analysis. Supporting competitor benchmarking for demo planning and category expansion, as well as managing analytics dashboards for existing and new clients and sharing insights regularly with clients and internal teams, will also be part of your responsibilities. We are looking for a clear and confident communicator who can handle outreach emails, client demos, follow-ups, and articulate solutions effectively. You should be able to understand pain points, position product features as benefits, and support deal closure. Strong organizational skills, reliability in follow-through, and proficiency in tools like Canva, Loom, Google Slides, or video editors for visuals and demos are required. While prior experience in B2B sales, consulting, or customer success is preferred, it is not mandatory. Exposure to research or outreach related to consumer tech, D2C brands, beauty/fashion, or Shopify businesses would be advantageous. Experience in conducting user interviews, surveys, or managing real-world data collection is a plus.
