Sales and Service Technician (Solar)

You will be joining a dynamic renewable energy team as a Solar Sales Technician. Your role will involve conducting site assessments, presenting solar energy solutions to customers, and driving sales of residential or commercial solar systems. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct on-site or virtual assessments to evaluate the potential for solar installations - Explain technical aspects of solar energy systems to customers in simple terms - Provide product demonstrations and address technical questions from clients - Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure accurate system design - Stay updated on solar technology, regulations, and rebate programs - Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking - Track sales progress and maintain CRM tools regularly - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in solar energy sales, technical sales (electrical, HVAC, energy efficiency), or customer-facing sales in renewable energy or construction sectors In addition, the company offers performance incentives, ongoing training, career development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
