Role Overview:

Adonix is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team for the US night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with credit repair and approving client credit for furniture sales, including $0 finance options. If you are passionate about helping customers achieve financing approval and have experience in credit analysis or sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial credit reviews and assist customers in credit repair processes for better financing options.
• Evaluate and approve client credit applications for furniture sales, including $0 finance promotions.
• Guide clients through the application process and explain available financing options.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, applications, and approvals.
• Follow up on leads, answer product/financing queries, and close sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and approval targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams for seamless client onboarding.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, credit repair, or related finance/customer support roles (preferred).
• Strong understanding of credit evaluation and US finance regulations.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to work the entire US night shift reliably.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM and credit review tools is a plus.
