Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer located in Gobindpur. The Sales and Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and maintaining customer relationships. Other key responsibilities include overseeing installation and maintenance services, collaborating with the sales team to identify customer needs, and ensuring prompt resolution of service-related issues.

• Technical proficiency in impact wrenches, pneumatic coil nailers, and nail wire
• Experience in product demonstrations and technical support
• Skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to oversee installation and maintenance services
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the industrial fasteners or related industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel for on-site support as needed
