We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Project Implementation Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and ensuring smooth delivery of client projects. This dual-role demands excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills—ideal for someone who thrives on seeing projects through from pitch to completion.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations
• Understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
• Maintain relationships with key clients for repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with internal teams for proposal creation and pricing strategies
• Act as the point of contact between the client and internal teams during onboarding and execution
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Tech, Operations, Support) for smooth implementation
• Track project progress and resolve issues proactively
• Provide training and support to clients during and post-implementation
• Document all project stages, feedback, and improvement areas
