Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales and Partnership Manager to lead outreach and sales efforts with schools and coaching institutes. The role involves direct engagement with educational institutions, promoting our AI-driven learning solutions, and driving user acquisition and institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with schools and coaching centers in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educators and decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with school principals, coaching heads, and key stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
  • Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversions.
  • Gather user feedback to support product development and improvement.
  • Maintain detailed reports of outreach activities and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for campaign planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Education or Marketing).
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or institutional outreach.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
  • Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
