Job Description

As a Sales and Partnership Manager at EaseToLearn, a fast-growing E-Learning Platform, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and forming strategic partnerships in the education industry. With a focus on institutional/B2B sales, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. Your key responsibilities will include pitching EdTech solutions to decision-makers in schools, coaching institutes, colleges, and training centers, leading negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring timely onboarding of clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing and product teams for lead generation and solution optimization, while also tracking market trends and competitor activities to improve strategies. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and at least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech, education, or SaaS industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a target-driven team. You should also be willing to travel for client meetings and presentations.
