5-7+ years in a senior leadership role (Operations and Sales Head,)Strong background in factory operations, supply chain, and regulatory complianceExposure to product development, quality assurance, and customer auditsExperience with P&L management, cost optimization, and strategic expansionDriving cost control, waste reduction, and operational efficiency and leading expansion projects
Responsibilities:
Experience of working in manufacturing industry. Dashboard review of the team on regular basis. ( Production, sales and marketing, purchase, IT, Operations, Logistics, HR, Front desk and Housekeeping) Providing feedback to manager operation.
