Role & responsibilities

overseeing both the sales and operational functions of a company

• Strategic Planning:

  Developing and implementing strategies for sales growth and operational efficiency.

• Sales Management:

  Leading and motivating sales teams, setting performance goals, and monitoring sales performance.

• Sales Operations Management:

  Overseeing sales processes, managing CRM and sales tools, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.

• Operational Management:

  Managing and optimizing business processes related to production, supply chain, logistics, customer service, and quality control.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Working with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales and operational strategies.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), generating reports, and providing insights to management.

• Budget Management:

  Managing budgets for sales and operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

• Talent Management:

  Recruiting, hiring, and training sales and operations personnel.

More than 25 Lakhs for experienced candidates.

Minimum experience is 15 yrs
