As a Sales and Marketing Trainee, you will assist in various sales and marketing activities to promote our products and services. This role is designed for individuals looking to start their career in sales and marketing, with a focus on inside sales and field visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inside Sales Support

    : Assist the sales team in generating leads, following up on inquiries, and closing sales over the phone or via email.
  • Field Visits

    : Participate in field visits to meet with clients, understand their needs, and build relationships.
  • Market Research

    : Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Marketing Campaigns

    : Help develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, etc.).
  • Data Analysis

    : Analyze sales data and marketing performance to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Customer Support

    : Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Reporting

    : Prepare reports on sales activities, market trends, and campaign performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
