Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Executive (Female) – Land Acquisition will be responsible for identifying potential land parcels, coordinating with landowners and brokers, and supporting the company in expanding its real estate portfolio. This role combines both field and office work, focusing on lead generation, relationship building, and marketing support.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify potential land parcels for residential or commercial development.

Conduct market research to analyze property values, zoning regulations, and competitive trends.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and local contacts.

Support in negotiation and coordination for land acquisition deals.

Assist in preparing marketing strategies and materials for project promotion.

Coordinate with the legal and technical teams for documentation and verification.

Maintain updated records of land leads, inquiries, and client interactions.

Participate in property exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional events.

Support digital and field marketing campaigns to generate new business leads.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or land acquisition within the real estate sector.

Good knowledge of Chennai’s real estate market and localities.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in English and Tamil (mandatory).

Confident, self-motivated, and willing to travel for fieldwork.

Female candidates preferred.

Salary & Benefits:
