Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Sales Engineer at Xena Technologies Private Limited located in Bhopal. The Pre-Sales Engineer will be responsible for collaborating with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical support, creating and delivering product demonstrations, and developing technical proposals. The role also includes conducting technical presentations, responding to customer queries, and liaising with engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

• Technical proficiency in understanding product specifications and systems
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in developing technical proposals and conducting product demonstrations
• Ability to address customer queries and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborative skills to work with sales and engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Prior experience in a pre-sales role or related technical sales support is beneficial
