Your key responsibilities will include meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, educating retail and distributor teams on Valar Life products and sustainable USPs, monitoring and optimizing point-of-sale execution, identifying market trends, and providing detailed sales reports and market feedback to the central team. You will also be involved in coordinating field-level marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring effective use of promotional material, and maintaining strong post-sale service. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in FMCG or wellness sales. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as the ability to travel extensively within the assigned region. Possessing a valid driver's license and two-wheeler for local mobility is preferred.
