Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Vadodara. The responsibilities include devising and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the training of sales staff. The role also involves actively managing sales processes, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote products effectively, ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve targets effectively.
• Experience in Training and providing guidance to sales teams is highly desirable.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
