Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Manager position at our real estate team requires a dynamic and results-driven individual to generate leads, promote property sales, and guide clients through the property buying process. Your role will involve coordinating appointments, promoting properties through various marketing channels, conducting client interviews, organizing sales visits, and assisting clients in purchasing properties while ensuring compliance with company terms and conditions. Your excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and ability to build strong client relationships will be essential for success in this role. Key responsibilities include coordinating appointments and property site visits, promoting real estate properties through advertisements and marketing campaigns, conducting client interviews to understand their property preferences, organizing sales visits and presenting property features, assisting clients in purchasing properties, preparing necessary paperwork for closing sales, staying updated on real estate market trends, developing strong relationships with buyers and sellers, collaborating with various agencies to facilitate property purchases, addressing client inquiries, negotiating pricing and terms, and identifying and engaging potential clients to generate new business opportunities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred), proven experience in real estate sales and marketing, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, knowledge of property laws, market trends, and financing options, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and best practices. Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers for future transactions. Collaborate with loan officers, attorneys, and other agencies to facilitate property purchases. Address client inquiries related to construction work, financing, maintenance, and appraisals. Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to finalize deals. Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.,
