Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Muzaffarnagar. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for qualities that we are producing - Agro based MG unbleached kraft paper , carry bag paper , ribbed kraft.

We have to manage customer relationships, providing training to sales staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with customers, managing sales processes, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide Training and support to sales staff
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting in Muzaffarnagar
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the paper or
