Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive enrollment in our English communication courses. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, offering excellent customer service, managing sales pipelines, and contributing to training programs. The candidate will collaborate with the training team to align sales efforts with organizational goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to connect effectively with clients and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets, manage pipelines, and optimize the enrollment process.
• Experience or interest in Training to align with course offerings and provide informed guidance to clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities to grow enrollment and expand the client base.
• Relevant work experience in the education or training industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
