Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bhilwara. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, training sales staff, and overseeing sales management activities. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure the sales targets are met.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or chemicals industry is a plus
