We are expanding our sales network and looking for a result-driven professional to grow our business.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and manage B2B and dealer/distributor networks in the assigned territory.* Generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet monthly targets.* Promote products like casing pipes, UPVC/CPVC pipes, HDPE sprinkler pipes, garden pipes, and conduit pipes.* Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitor activities.* Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery and stock updates.* Plan and execute marketing campaigns, dealer meets, and trade promotions.* Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support.* Prepare regular reports on sales performance, collections, and market feedback.Requirements:* Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the PVC pipe or plastic piping industry.* Strong network with dealers, retailers, and project contractors in the region.* Good understanding of PVC/UPVC/CPVC/HDPE product applications and specifications.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills* Ability to travel within and outside Agra as per business needs.* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.Perks* Performance-based incentives and bonuses* Opportunity to work with a growing brand in North India's piping industry* Professional growth and networking in the building materials market
