Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Ghaziabad. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communicating with clients, providing customer service, managing sales activities, conducting trainings and overseeing sales management. The Specialist will also develop and implement marketing strategies to drive company growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for team members and clients
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in sales-related software and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the medical devices or prosthetics industry is a plus
