Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sales And Marketing Specialist. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and training the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and engaging potential clients, organizing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and analysing market trends to enhance business development.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Address client needs and ensure satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
2. Business Development:
Identify and pursue opportunities to bring in new clients.
Develop and implement outreach strategies to expand the customer base.
3. Market Trend Analysis & Idea Generation:
Stay informed about the latest market and industry trends.
Generate and propose innovative marketing and sales ideas aligned with current trends.
4. CSR Coordination:
Plan and coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
Align CSR initiatives with the company’s values and community goals.
5. Sales Target Pursuit:
Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track performance metrics and optimize strategies to ensure goal completion.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the design and operations teams to develop aligned marketing campaigns and client-specific solutions.
Ensure consistency and quality in project execution and client deliverables.
