Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive at Kshemya. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, communicating effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service, and managing front office operations.


Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
  • Receptionist Duties and Front Office management experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of basic office software and equipment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Experience in event management or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
