Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karnal for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer service activities, conducting sales operations, and providing training to the sales team. The role involves daily interactions with clients, understanding market trends, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Knowledge of channel sales & team handling
• Ability to conduct and lead Training sessions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the digital content or entertainment industry is a plus
