Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Sales Specialist at Imakeur – The School of Elegance, based in Kochi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end marketing and sales operations, from generating leads to closing deals, while representing the brand’s luxury identity. This role requires a strategic thinker and an execution powerhouse who can build strong customer relationships, grow revenue, and create meaningful brand experiences.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing and sales roles.

• Strong background in tele-sales, in-person sales, and lead conversion.

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing (social media, email, chat & WhatsApp campaigns).

• Ability to build and manage marketing funnels, track performance, and achieve targets.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills , both online and offline.

• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills to plan and implement campaigns.

• Experience in luxury / premium service industries or personal branding is an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end marketing and sales activities.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, digital ads, and social media platforms.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kochi
