Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Kolkata. The specialist will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves developing marketing plans, promoting services, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication both Bengali & English
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management.
• Must meet budget month on month.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for teams
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently currently & with a team in later stage .
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a MUST.
• Preferred candidates with very good relations with corporate hospitals & Key consultants in and around Kolkata city.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Must have own personal vehicle for regular commuting .
