Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Varanasi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for conducting sales activities to meet and exceed company targets, managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering product training to clients. The role will also encompass the development and implementation of effective sales strategies and supporting the sales management team to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Experience in Training and Mentoring
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the power solutions or related industries is a plus
