As a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Kurnool, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, ensuring top-notch customer service, and training sales staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing sales data, working closely with marketing teams, and meeting sales targets on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate for this full-time on-site position must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing. Proficiency in social media management and advertisements, excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, proven sales and sales management experience, as well as training and developing sales teams are essential qualifications. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
