Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Nagpur. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer service, training staff on sales techniques, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Additional responsibilities include driving sales management processes and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Skills Required:

 Basic knowledge of taxation, finance, TDS, and GST

 Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Willingness to travel within and outside Nagpur (2–3 times a month)
