Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, generating leads, promoting Graafeio's team-building services, and closing sales. You will also manage client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with the internal team to design tailored team-building experiences. Additionally, you will contribute to sales strategies and training efforts to enhance overall performance. Qualifications Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and maintain strong relationships. Sales and Sales Management expertise, including lead generation, closing deals, and achieving sales targets. Experience in Training and developing strategies to drive performance and support team-building initiatives. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Familiarity with team-building or corporate training environments is an advantage. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for sales and campaign management is preferred.
