Role Description This is a full-time on-site Dimsum Chef role located in Delhi, India. The Dimsum Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dimsums, ensuring high quality and consistent taste. They will also be required to manage inventory, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and create new dimsum recipes. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dimsum Chef located in Delhi, India. The Dimsum Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality dimsums, ensuring adherence to Fitsa's standards of zero maida, zero preservatives, and premium ingredients. Day-to-day tasks will include recipe development, ingredient preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The chef will also be expected to collaborate with the culinary team, contribute to menu innovation, and adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing dimsums and other Chinese cuisine Knowledge of ingredient preparation and culinary techniques involving zero maida and zero preservatives Experience in recipe development and menu planning Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Prior experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting is a plus Culinary degree or relevant certification in Culinary Arts is beneficial
